Not what you had in mind?
We're committed to making sure you are happy which is why we offer FREE RETURNS on all full price merchandise shipped to the US! If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days.
Here’s how it works:
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the items you would like to exchange/return. You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
- Download a Return Slip and ship the item and the completed return slip to us within 30 days of your invoice date, using the pre-paid return label.
- We’ll process your return and refund your credit card or ship you the new items. You’ll get an email when it’s complete.
Some important details:
- Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
- We also can’t accept returns purchased from other retailers besides www.nudypatooty.com.
- To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
- If you purchased your item on sale, we accept returns on sale items within 30 days however do not offer free returns. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a return form to be completed and sent back with your goods.
It usually takes 7 to 10 days for us to receive a return, and 72 hours to review it and refund your credit card. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK:
Once your request for an exchange or refund has been approved by customer care, please ship the item(s) to Nudy Patooty Canada and include your completed Return Slip:

*For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges Customers are required to cover return shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.
When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 1 (855) 948-4333 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, but you can also leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us directly at email@example.com to arrange for product exchange.
